LES TROMPE L'OEIL
Trompe L'oeil is a form of art in which the piece is extremly realistic in order to give off a three dimensional effect, therefore creating an optical illusion.
What Chanel did here is recreate jewelry designs in the form of temporary tattoos that are apparently long lasting (up to four days I recall) and are waterproof. They collectively represent the timeless look of Chanel.
I want this so bad. It's $75USD at Chanel.com and £49 at Selfridge's in the UK. Chanel boutiques also carry them.
